I have been baking cakes for as long as I can remember — always asking my parents to buy ingredients throughout the week so I could bake something for the family at weekends. My passion grew and grew, and I soon became the designated baker for family birthdays before branching out to my mum’s friends. When Covid hit, it gave me the opportunity to focus even more on my cake creativity, and here we are today — proudly baking for clients across the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area, with over 40 wedding cakes completed, including my own. Baking is what truly makes me happy, and nothing means more to me than creating cakes that bring smiles to other people’s faces.

Our birthday cakes from Riri have become a family tradition for my Son's birthday, from Peter Rabbit, The Gruffalo to Peppa Pig. They are so wonderfully put together and individually created based on our requirements. They taste absolutley delicious too. We have such special memories and each year we are always so excited to see her creation for us! Thank you so much x

We absolutely loved our wedding cake! We chose raspberry & white chocolate and red velvet tiers and both were delicious. The whole process was great, from collecting the tasters to sending over my inspiration pictures, everything was so easy and stress-free. The cake was delivered on time and in perfect condition.
